Refund policy

At KURA COUTURE, we are committed to providing high-quality fashion and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Be in its original condition with all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be free from stains, perfumes, makeup marks, damage, or alterations.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Size Guide

We encourage customers to carefully review the Size Chart provided on each product page before placing an order.

If you need assistance in choosing the right size, our customer support team will be happy to help before you place your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale, clearance, or final sale items.
Gift cards.
Customized or personalized products.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number.
Clear photographs of the product.
Images of the packaging (if applicable).

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless:

The product received is damaged or defective.
An incorrect item was delivered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

If the return is due to an error on our part, KURA COUTURE will bear the return shipping charges.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges in the following cases:

The product received is damaged or defective.
An incorrect item was delivered.

Size exchanges may be offered subject to product availability. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
